Yoga Flow For Neck And Shoulders Level 2

Decrease tension, increase mobility, and finally get out of pain! This yoga flow is the perfect pairing to the more instructional Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief Part 2. It incorporates most of the poses taught in Part 2 and is meant to be another way to practice this phase of moving towards total freedom from pain.

 




Be sure to also check out Neck and Shoulder Relief Part 1 and its corresponding Level 1 practice. Depending on your range of motion and pain level you may need to go back and forth between Parts 1 and 2.


Watch my video Good Pain vs Bad Pain so you know you’re working safely. Stretching in the wrong places and ignoring certain pain signals can lead to permanent damage, and this video gives you the knowledge you need to progress confidently and safely through this series.
