How to Quickly Reduce Wrist Pain
Apr 16, 2024Our internal systems are all connected. Where you FEEL the pain is often NOT THE SOURCE of your pain. I find most people are going about soothing their elbow or wrist pain in the wrong places. Instead of focusing on the point of pain, you need to find the source of your pain. You may be very surprised to discover where those are!
Many of my clients are shocked to learn that tight arm muscles or problems in their neck or cervical spine is causing pain in their elbows and/or wrists.
It can seem a bit confusing but…
It’s like a lightbulb that goes off when they say “Ahhh, so my elbow is never going to get better until I fix my (whatever the true source of the pain is)."
Then, when we address the underlying issue, sure enough, the pain goes away! This often happens in as little as a single session. I show my students how to release the fascia from their hands to their neck, then help them identify the muscles that need deep massage, and we wrap up with some nerve flossing. Done and done!
I wish I could help more of you this way, so I built a tool to help you find the root source of your problems:
Introducing the C.Twain Method Self-Assessment Quiz.
This comprehensive self-assessment quiz will help you locate your pain at its source. Immediately begin to heal your anxiety, depression, GI issues, or physical misalignments to be pain-free once and for all.
This quiz is second only to having a one-on-one personal assessment with me.
It's my gift to you, and I encourage you to share it with as many people as you like.
Pain is your body's way of signaling that something needs your attention.
