Personal Care
Gut Intelligence Test
The Gut Intelligence™ Test is for those who want to monitor and address gut imbalances or health symptoms related to poor gut health. I don't endorse their supplements, but testing is useful before and after my microbiome reset protocol.
Gua Sha Stone
I start each day with gua sha face massage. It keeps lymph flowing, clears my sinuses, smooths out any kinks in my neck, and leaves me feeling alert and calm at the same time.
Â
Organic Face and Body Oil
It's handy to have an all-purpose, all natural oil. Whether for my morning face gua sha, my evening post-shower massage, or making my hair smooth and shiny, an oil like this does the trick.
Â
Rose Petal Witch Hazel
Alcohol-free and formulated to soothe, tone, hydrate, and balance the pH level of skin. This face toner helps reduce the look of pores, balance oily skin, and maintain the skin's moisture barrier.
CRYSTAL DEODORANT STONE
The only deodorant I use because it's super effective and free of aluminum, parabens, and fragrances. Plus, no stains!
DR.JACOBS NATURALS Soap
I'm a big fan of this company's products. They leave my skin squeaky clean, but not dry. Importantly, they're free from harsh stuff like sulfates, parabens, and other unwanted additives, ensuring you and your skin stays healthy.
Epsom Salts
After an intense workout I soak in an epsom salt bath to relieve muscle aches and pains. Also great for a foot bath or mixing with shower gel to create your own body scrub.
toothpaste
No sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan or parabans here! No dyes or plastic bits either.
copper tongue scraper
Inspired by Ayurveda, the copper scraper gently removes white coatings, residues, and stains from the tongue. It enriches taste and aids digestion, for improved oral health and overall well-being.

Ceramic Neti Pot
I use a neti pot if I've been exposed to a lot of pollen or pollution and if I feel a cold coming on. It's a great way to help the body keep free of pathogens and allergens.Â
Â
 Neti Pot SaltÂ
Pure non-Iodized salt. No additives or anti-caking agents going up our noses!
Nasal Spray
This is an effective nasal spray to rinse clean and moisturize nasal canal tissues. It helps reduce symptoms caused by bacteria, pollen, pollution, etc. It also acts as a decongestant by focusing primarily on the root cause of congestion.
Dotted Journal Notebook
My students know how important tracking is to sleuthing out the root causes of their pain. This is an essential tool if you want to take tracking to the next level. Be sure to pair with the erasable pens.
Â
Erasable Pens
These pens are an essential tool for tracking. Trust me on this one - you'll be glad to have the erasable kind.

Food and Beverage
Mud\wtr
A coffee alternative consisting of 100% organic cacao, ayurvedic herbs and functional mushrooms. With just a fraction of the caffeine found in coffee, you get energy, focus and immune support without the jitters, crash or poor sleep.
Meal Delivery Service
If you're too busy or simply don't know how to nourish yourself properly, Thistle is a great option for you. They source their products responsibly. Most everything I've tried is delicious, all are nutritious.
Use code CAITILI8XY to $120 off your first 5 weeks.Â
Organic Dried Elderberries
Elderberries support the immune system and taste delicious too. I mostly use these during the second fermentation of my kombucha, but they're great for making tea, syrup, and gummies.
Dashi Kombu Dried SeaweedÂ
A member of the kelp family, kombu is a seaweed that makes for a versatile pantry ingredient, providing dishes with umami flavor, nutrients, and minerals. I add a sheet of this to the pot when I'm making bone broth or beans.
Juniper Berries
Juniper berries have traditionally been used as diuretic, anti-arthritis, anti-diabetes, antiseptic as well as for the treatment of gastrointestinal and autoimmune disorders. I drop a couple in the pot to add a nice flavor to broth.Â
Black Peppercorns
If I'm using turmeric, I will add some black pepper. Combining the two may help increase your body's ability to absorb turmeric's beneficial compounds. A substance in black pepper called piperine, when combined with curcumin, has been shown to increase bioavailability by 2000%.
 Rose WaterÂ
One of my favorite ways to flavor my Jun and Kombucha is with rose petals, rose hips, and a kiss of this rose water. It's also a lovely way to flavor almond cookies and other treats.
Apple Cider Vinegar With the Mother
Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains a substance called mother, which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky appearance. I use it in my salad dressing with shallots and olive oil. Delish!
Herbal Teas
Staying hydrated is key to keeping all systems running well. I love hydrating with herbal teas that support my well-being. I like the Yogi Tea blends - they're delicious, and blended to alleviate all kinds of concerns like tension, digestion, weight gain, and so much more.
sprouting kit
I feel so WELL when I eat sprouts. I grow them at home for a fraction of the cost, plus I know they're fresh and free of preservatives.
mixed microgreensÂ
This is the perfect product for both beginner and experienced growers who want to try out different microgreens before purchasing bulk quantities of specific types.
SupplementsÂ
Organic Protein Powder
There's a lot of compelling evidence that we need to be increasing protein intake as we age. Occasionally I want the oomph of a protein powder, but the trick is finding a good, clean one. I think this is a good one.
Gelatin Powder
Gelatin is why I have long hair and strong nails. Contains 18 amino acids (8 essential) that aid in supporting muscle and ligament repair, flexibility, and recovery. And gelatin powder is naturally high in glycine to help promote healthy digestion. When I don't have bone broth at the ready, I may supplement with powder.
Ferment suppliesÂ
Real Salt
Unrefined, unprocessed and ancient sea salt with trace minerals and no additives. Natural sea salt just the way nature made it, with nothing added and nothing removed.
